Our Coffee
Our Green Coffee Beans
Our green coffee beans are cultivated and processed using entirely natural methods, free from synthetic chemicals or artificial additives. We follow a meticulous washed processing method — where ripe cherries are depulped, fermented, and thoroughly rinsed — to preserve the beans' natural integrity, clarity of flavor, and inherent quality. This careful, chemical-free approach reflects our commitment to purity at every stage, from farm to export, ensuring our customers receive coffee that is as clean and authentic as nature intended.
Our Traditional Processing Method
Refined over generations, our approach honors time-tested techniques while upholding the highest standards of quality control:
-
Selective Harvesting: We hand-select only fully ripened red cherries, carefully rejecting underripe or green cherries, to ensure a superior foundation for premium washed coffee.
-
Pulping: Freshly harvested cherries are promptly depulped to remove the outer skin and fruit layer, exposing the bean while preserving its integrity.
-
Natural Fermentation & Washing: The pulped beans undergo a controlled natural fermentation process for approximately 72 hours, breaking down the sticky mucilage layer. The beans are then thoroughly washed in clean water to remove residual mucilage, resulting in a distinctively clean cup profile.
-
Sun-Drying: The washed green beans are spread evenly on raised drying beds and exposed to natural morning and afternoon sunlight for 9 to 11 days, until moisture content reaches an optimal range of 12.5% to 13.5% — ensuring stability for storage and export.
-
Storage: Once properly dried, the beans are stored in a clean, contamination-free, climate-controlled warehouse, preserving their quality and flavor integrity until export.
